Chairman and CEO

Over his +20 years in the industry, Neil Sweeney established an industry-wide reputation for his visionary entrepreneurship and his ability to develop bleeding-edge technologies before others. Technologies Neil created are usedby Fortune 500 brands like Coca-Cola, Lowe’s, Walmart, General Motors, Unilever, and Mondelez. They are also the core component of the top media demand-side platforms, including Adelphic, The Trade Desk, AppNexus, MediaMath, RocketFuel, and TubeMogul. A two-time Finalist for Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year, Neil was also the recipient of Deloitte’s ‘Fast 50’ award three consecutive years for the growth of the organizations he created.

Chief Financial Officer

Ira Levy is a senior financial professional with over 15 years’ experience in a wide arrange of high-growth, early stage companies, both public and private. Most recently, Ira held the role of Corporate Controller at VIVO Cannabis Inc. (TSX:VIVO) and as the Senior VP/Head of Finance for the start-up Honest Inc. (dba Province Brands of Canada).  Though his career, he has amassed a vast array of experience within highly competitive and regulated industries.

Ira has also acted as a financial advisor for startup AI companies through the Creative Destruction Lab Program, and is a Board member and treasurer for the Wychwood Barns Community Association.

Ira received his MBA in Accounting and Finance from the Schulich School of Business, York University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant.

Chief Technical Officer

Jake Phillips is a proven technology leader that excels at bridging the gap between innovative technology and business in dynamic environments under incredible pressure to deliver. In over 15 years of experience in startups, Jake has gained a breadth of industry knowledge across telco/cable, banking, client services, and product-centric organizations while maintaining depth of knowledge spanning enterprise integration, mobility, big data, cloud operations, and security. Jake graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Mathemetics focused in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo.
